the GC is hardly going off to Baghdad. The amount of $ he will earn she could could fly back and forth every week, and do the summer in Melb.

QUESTION TARZ do you think BUCKS just might take a assistant job and wait for MM to go - as a first time coaching job you wouldnt want to pick the wrong club or job re FRAWLEY - SHAW - THE GEISCH or you will never get another job - i reckon thats why DERMIE - LYON - HEALY didnt make the jump into coaching - fear of failing. |

All this talk about Bucks, MM, and who'll go where is tedious. FWIW, if no decision has been made at this stage, chances are MM won't be at the Pies
next year, unless we win a flag.

GOT another poser for you TARZ whats your opinion of DELEDIO and SYLVIA both top draft picks and have shown talent but at 2 shit clubs and would be better
under MM who i dont like but has a habit of turning players around and deledio was good early.
maybe better at a more secure club with a better culture if you didnt have to give up to much. |

Sylvia last year would have been a bargain pick up - but not this year.
He is in very good form this year and the Dees would never trade him now. Richmond would still rate Deledio highly. Forget both. Of the two only Sylvia was gettable and the time for that was at the end of last season. He grew up as a mad Pies fan too. The Dude |

Sylvia is a blue colllared midfielder so you'd go for him I would think. And he would be cheaper too. We have a silky skilled white collared midfielder.
Sylvia would be very good for us I would think.

I like Sylvia alot, but CD has covered why he aint going anywhere
I remained unconvinced on Deledio simply bc at his maturity, his speed and his height (6'3") he still battles badly a lot of times and his decision making is shocking....he should be playing like a Kouta. MM would of course coach him better. Tiges are in a quandry, bc with their list, with any coach, they will spend the next 5 years at 6 (at best) -14 on the ladder. with Richo and Brown due to go, they may decide to buy some draft picks and Deledio could command a couple of picks. Maybe deledio may not want to hang around for another rebuild too. |

DUDE did you watch the u18 champs - i wouldnt trade our first pick as i think we can get a very handy player with it - i was keen on KOBY STEVENS from country
but didnt have a great series and i thought he would go before our pick but a few others have jumped up like ROWAN so some might slip down the pecking order -
need WEST COAST to win another game so dees are the only side to get a priority pick before first round.
bit early to be looking at draft but i try to follow some of the kids to get a idea thats why i was so suprised we took EGAN as id never heard of him getting mentioned or saw him play - dont know how we plucked him or should i say fucked him. |

Egan didn't do altogether much at the championships, but at the level below he did play some really good games.
In any case we shouldn't have down graded our pick from 7 to 10 for Chadster. Pick 7 was Jordan Lewis - a very handy mid. Egan was a waste...head not right. The Dude |
