Recently I saw some vision of Hall boxing in the gym. It dated back to when he was 18. I'd never seen anyone knock the heavy bag off its mount before. He
can hit and if you take what some of the boxing people in Sydney have said as gospel will be a serious fighter.
What was Rutten thinking? Did he even know who he threw the elbow at? If they had been standing Rutten would be eating through a straw for a couple of months. |

yes,but he is 30+ now with a footballers battered body. Speed is key to hitting hard, and I doubt he has much of that left, esp for 10 rounds
